For same-day walk-in clinic appointments, please call us during business hours at 905-529-8030. You may also come into the clinic to register for an appointment in person.

We offer same-day appointments and accept walk-ins at our clinics to ensure our patients receive convenient and flexible medical care. Please check with King West Medical Clinic for appointment and walk-in availability.

Note: Consultations with our physicians are available without prior appointments. We welcome walk-ins and new patients at all our clinics. Please remember to bring your health card when you visit.

Important Information:

In-Person Appointments Only: All appointments must be attended in person. Walk-in appointments cannot be made over the phone.
First-Come, First-Served: Walk-in clinic appointments are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis each day.
Next Available Timeslot: Patients requiring a walk-in appointment will be assigned the next available timeslot with a physician.
Daily Limit: Once all designated walk-in timeslots are filled for the day, the clinic will stop registering patients. You will need to call back on the next business day.
Appropriate Use of Walk-In Clinic: Walk-in clinic appointments are intended for acute, minor (non-life-threatening) health issues when your family doctor is unavailable. For urgent and serious medical concerns, please visit the nearest emergency department.
